Nancy has been in the title industry for over 30 years. She graduated from the University of Arkansas with a bachelor’s degree in Education and taught Elementary Special Education for seven years.
When she moved to Florida she took a job with Florida Title, and then decided to start her own business. Sun Title has been “Rising to the Challenge” since 1996.
Her hobbies are cooking, flying and spending time in her garden. She has had her private pilot’s license for 16 years and enjoys flying with her husband, Phil throughout the U.S. and beyond.
Her husband Phil is a probate and estate attorney with an office in downtown Tampa. They live in South Tampa and enjoy entertaining. They have 3 adult married children who all attended Plant High School and 4 grandchildren ages 1, 5, 8 and 14.
Nancy is active in 2 non-profit organizations in Tampa involving children. McDonald’s Training Center and the Judeo Christian Health Clinic.
Sendy was born and raised in Tampa, Florida and has spent most of her 35 years title insurance career here in the Tampa Bay area. She brings to Sun Title Insurance Agency, Inc. extensive experience in closing all types of real estate transactions including builder, residential and commercial properties.
Sendy has been a licensed title agent with the State of Florida since 1995. She received her Certified “Land-Title” Closer certification from Florida Land Title Association in 2000 and Real Estate License in 2013.
Sendy graduated from Chamberlain High School in Tampa in 1982. She continued her education by attending business classes at Hillsborough Community College. She also attends continuing education throughout the year for her real estate and title agent licenses. This enables her stay current and informed with our industry to better serve our clients.
Sendy enjoys socializing with her family and friends. Her hobbies include attending sporting events, motorcycles, sporting clays, the beach and loves a nice dinner and a movie.
Sendy is a member of Florida Land Title Association and enjoys business networking. She is also a member of the Krewe of Alegria/Kickin’ for Kids Charity which provides underprivileged children with shoes every December at local schools and children organizations.
